Hockey Registration for the 2025-26 season is now OPEN! Registration will need to be completed BEFORE your player can step onto the ice for any fall programming, open hockey, practices or tryouts.  If you need to make payment arrangements, or have any other questions, please contact Katie Fee at 470-0423.  Thank you!

Step One – Register with USA HOCKEY - Required

1. Register by going to www.usahockey.com
2. Click Membership
3. Click Register Online
4. Click Register Now 
5. Enter the player's info (DO NOT USE NICKNAMES.  Full name must match birth certificate).  Payment chart below.
6. PRINT out or take a picture of the registration page with barcode for your records.

Step Two – Register with Crookston Blue Line Club - Required

1. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ONLINE!
2. You will need to create an account, username, and password on our NEW Sports Ngin website.  You will only need to do this once and then you'll be able to use this account for future registrations.
3. Your new account will need to be verified by email.  Sports Ngin will send you a verification email.  Follow the instructions in the email to activate the account. 
4. Once you have created/activated your account, or if you already logged into your existing account, you will need to register your player(s) for the regular season.
5. Click the Registration Tab on the Crookston BLC homepage.
6. Click the Regular Season Registration and follow the instructions.  You will need your USA Hockey confirmation number for each player you are registering.  BLC fees are $100 per family (plus online registration fee).  Mandatory BLC Raffle Tickets are $200 per family, for ALL LEVELS.
7. Enter the grade and level of your player.  All your other info should appear from this point on because you already entered it with USA Hockey, but check it over to make sure it's correct.

Step Three – Register with Crookston Parks and Recreation - Required

1. Register at City Hall or Online HERE.  Parks and Recreation fees are:  Mini Mites $25 (BLC pays fee), Mite 3/8U - $245, Squirt.10U - $295, Peewee/12U - $385, Bantams/15U - $405

Birthdates guidelines are as follows:

• Mini Mites - 06/01/2018 - 05/31/2020
• Mite 3/8U - 06/01/2016 - 05/31/2018
• Squirt/10U - 06/01/2014 - 05/31/2016
• Peewee/12U - 06/01/2012 - 05/31/2014
• Bantams - 06/01/2010 - 05/31/2012
